Verse 1
It seems I’d been discarded, there was no place I belonged,
Sadly, now forgotten, like the words to some old song,
‘Til some kind soul discovered me, there lying on the ground,
And picked me up and dropped me off at the Nashville Lost & Found,

 CHORUS

Living’s feels like dying at the Nashville Lost & Found,
I was lying in a bin there with stuff piled  high all around,
My sighing and my crying there were the only lonesome sounds,
Til’ Jesus came and claimed me from the Nashville Lost & Found,

 Verse 2

I’d sold everything I owned including my guitar,
And traded in my dreams of being a Nashville country star,
All that I was left with was this strange and lonely town,
‘Till Jesus came and claimed me from the Nashville Lost & Found,

 REPEAT CHORUS

 VERSE 3

So now I sing my songs for free to anyone who’ll hear,
I sing songs of hope and prayer and joy and blessings that are near,
I sing about salvation and forgiveness that abounds,
Since Jesus came and claimed me from the Nashville Lost & Found,

 BRIDGE

The Nashville Lost & Found is filled up to eternity,
With broken hearts & shattered dreams & sad melodies,

REPEAT CHORUS +

‘Till Jesus came and claimed me from the Nashville Lost & Found,
Since my redeemer Jesus claimed me from the Nashville Lost & Found,

Found, Found.
